Your first visit to Gallardo Chiropractic
New to chiropractic care or returning after some time? Here is what to expect at your first visit.
What to expect, in general
- Conversation. The doctor asks what happened, what hurts, and what activities you want to get back to.
- Exam. A check of your movement and the affected area. If indicated, digital X-rays are taken in the office.
- Explanation. We explain what we find in plain language, in Spanish or English.
- Plan. If chiropractic care is a good fit, we build a plan and tell you what to expect.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your health insurance information, if you have it
- If it was a car accident: the report, insurance information, and any imaging you already have
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- A list of your medications and past surgeries
